When a pre-arranged ride can help
Hotels, apartments and business addresses
Tell us the exact door or legal pickup point, not only the name of the neighbourhood. In busy parts of Tel Aviv, agreed pickup details can make a big difference.
Families and extra luggage
A car needs space for people and their belongings. Count large suitcases, carry-on bags, strollers and any child seats needed before we check a suitable vehicle.
Late arrivals and changed flights
If your flight time changes, contact us as soon as possible. Pickup arrangements and availability must be reconfirmed; automatic delay monitoring is not promised.
Friends and small groups
If a standard car is not big enough, ask about a larger vehicle. We check partner availability and seating and luggage capacity before giving a final offer.
How to arrange your airport transfer
1. Describe your journey
Select an airport or custom transfer in the booking form and provide the direction, date and local pickup time, destination and contact information.
2. We check the details
We review driver and vehicle availability, luggage, pickup instructions and any special stops. Prices depend on the actual request.
3. Confirm before travelling
We send you the proposed price and pickup arrangements. Sending a request alone does not create a confirmed reservation.
Private transfer or public transport?
Tel Aviv is connected to the airport by rail and other public transport. For some travellers, especially with light luggage and convenient access to a station, public transport may be practical. A private transfer can be more convenient if you need door-to-door travel, have children, heavy bags or more than one passenger. Compare the total journey from the terminal to your final address, not only the first leg.
For current terminal access and public transport arrangements, use the official Israel Airports Authority information. Pickup locations and airport rules can change. Official Ben Gurion Airport transport information ↗
